If you had purchased & received your tickets from TicketMaster.com you must mail back your tickets to TicketMaster.com in regard receiving the refund to your
credit card.
If you bought your tickets with Petra Entertainment Inc. you must mail the tickets along with your name, phone number & return address note to:

After receiving your ticket & note, a refund check will be issued and
mailed back to you
